Preppin on a budget
What will you do when shit happens? Most people got a taste of what can happen when covid first started. No toilet paper, things were scarce, people fighting over resources..
Being prepared isnt a tough gig. You really dont need to get everything all at once. Just a couple more cans when grocery shopping. 10 bucks here 20 bucks there. you can be prepped for a situation in the matter of a few months.
I have found dollar tree and harbor frieght is a solid option when it comes to prepping items. some things to consider is what environment are you in, and what is a realistic option for your home base. I live in an urban environment.. so hunkering down for the first 3 months before a bug out is a solid plan. you gotta let the initial pandemonium stifle. board up the windows and bar the door. even if the water gets shut off or the grid goes down you dont wanna leave for that 3 months. so water calories and heat are essential.
